Description
Do you need more creative ideas to help promote your plan? How about more tools to help you spread the word? Swinburne University’s post-graduate PR students are here to help! PlanBig and Swinburne University are joining forces again to help PlanBiggers get one step closer to achieving their goals. If you need support you can apply for help with brainstorming, budgeting, planning and preparing for a PR campaign, giving you all of the tools you need to share your big idea with the world. It’s win-win – you set yourself up for success while offering students the chance to gain more real world experience. The students will be working on the project as part of their curriculum and will be assessed based on the advice and tools they provide. As part of the process, you’ll receive: * A brief that outlines your needs * A budget and timeline that sets out what can be achieved within your proposed timeframe * A proposal of creative ideas and tools that can be used to promote your plan * A media release that can be sent to journalists to promote your plan in the media * A background document for media to gain a better understanding of your plan’s purpose * A concept for promotional materials (Eg a poster, invitation, website, pamphlet). You’ll need to apply by Friday, February 24th 2012 and if selected, you’ll need to commit to working with the students on an ongoing basis and providing feedback in a timely manner.
My Big reasons are
We know many of you are looking for help promoting your plans. This project will connect you with students “in the know” who want to put the skills they’re learning into practice.
My plan will be a success when
When your plans are one step closer to success.

Advice from Handmade Bride Magazine to PlanBig Team : Oh darn! I missed out on applying for this. :-( Good luck to all who are involved though! If there are any wedding vendors involved in this, tell them to come over to Handmade Bride - I may be able to promote them through the magazine to help with their own plans.

Advice from John Hegarty to PlanBig Team : Just to know that someone, anyone would do, likes my plan is sometimes enough to cause a quantum leap and when a revered University does it, WOW! Thanks and do it to as many as you can manage.
